Welcome to the Tolley Exam Training e-Assessment Exam Centre.

This Exam Centre allows you to test your knowledge of Law and Ethics, simulating the experience in the real e-Assessments.

The Exam Centre includes a bank of questions and a mock exam for each of Law and Ethics. You can practice questions from a specific chapter or to attempt a full 60 minute practice test which will select 60 questions at random from the bank. The bank of questions and the mock exam replicate the hard copy material in the correspondence course.

The 7th edition of the CIOT law text book is examinable in e-Assessments between 1 March 2011 and 29 February 2012. From 1 March 2012 the Law e-Assessment will change to being a joint ATT and CTA e-Assessment. The questions will be drawn from the new joint CIOT and ATT text book - “Essential Law for Tax Practitioners”, (1st edition).

The Ethics e-Assessments between 1 March 2011 and 29 February 2012 will test the PRPG 2006 and PCRT 2004 ethics booklets and the money laundering guidance per the CIOT syllabus. From 1 March 2012 the Ethics e-Assessment will change to being a joint ATT and CTA e-Assessment and will test the new PRPG 2011 and PCRT 2011 ethics booklets and the money laundering guidance per the new syllabus.
