Welcome to the Tolley tax Training e-Assessment exam centre.

The 5th edition of the CIOT law textbook is examinable up to 28 February 2010. The 6th edition of the CIOT law text book is examinable from 1 March 2010.

We have now published a short set of update guidance notes which outline the main changes you will find in the 6th edition. Please click here to view these.

Before attempting mock 2 please be aware that you will not be provided with the answers as this is used by some firms as a hurdle examination. You will be given your score just as you would in the real exam.

The Exam Centre allows you to test your knowledge of Law and Ethics, simulating the experience in the real e-Assessments.

The Exam Centre includes a bank of questions and two mock exams for each of Law and Ethics. The bank of questions and the first mock exam replicate the hard copy material in the correspondence course, the second mock exam is new.

The Exam Centre allows you to practice questions from a specific chapter or to attempt a full 60 minute practice test which will select 60 questions at random from the bank.

You can also sit two mock examinations as final preparation for the real e-Assessments.
